I started CrossFit in June of 2015 and, over the last few months, as I have found myself plummeting deeper and deeper down the CrossFit wormhole, I have begun to don some new activewear. Yeah, basically I copy all the cool kids at my CrossFit gym, hoping that one day I’ll complete 15.1 without even breaking a sweat.

After months of working out, whether it be TRX, barre, pilates, HIIT, or strength and conditioning training at studios throughout London, I can’t lie, as I got stronger and more into my fitness, I got a little bored with the same routines. It was time for serious changes and new challenges. Cue CrossFit Perpetua.
After running my first marathon, I was extremely proud of my results. Especially considering that only three runs took place between January and March 8th.
This past weekend I met up with personal trainer and fitness blogger Elle Linton from KeepitSimpElle.com. Elle’s positive energy was infectious and it was inspiring to hear her health journey and meet someone who so openly shared advice with a novice blogger like myself.
